    The company was founded in 1958. It is the first high temperature and high pressure thermal power plant which is designed, manufactured, and installed on its own in China. Registered capital of the company is RMB 510 million, of which Hatou Group accounted for 31.12%.

    The company is the largest cogeneration enterprise in Heilongjiang Province, with a total installed capacity of 600 MW and heating area of 14 million square meters.
